WELCOME TO THE WORKLAB:
WHERE PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED AND IDEAS ARE BORNHow do you create a quiet space in an open environment without walls? How do you receive guests at an office hundreds of miles away without hiring more staff? How do you create a space for simultaneous online and offline collaboration? How do you maximize management collaboration?
These are just a few of the questions we’ve answered in the Worklab, a constantly evolving workspace where we at Creative study the problems we solve for our clients every day. The Worklab gives us a chance to truly integrate technology and environment to accomplish very specific bottom line goals.
You have to see it to believe the things we’ve been able to accomplish – and you should see it to understand how we think and what we do. Coming to the Worklab will fully immerse you in our thinking and culture and give you the best possible feel for what it will be like to work with us.

THE BIRTH OF THE WORKLAB:
TURNING THEORY INTO ACTIONAs we’ve said, the Worklab is the place where we live what we do, constantly evolving our own work environment to study how changes affect our productivity, collaboration, and innovation. Because we saw the tsunami of change coming, we developed a fluid environment where we could test our theories and work through our own technology/people/space issues using the products and technology we sell.
THE WORKLAB LESSONS LEARNED:
MAKING THE FUTURE HAPPEN NOWBecause of the experimental spirit of the Worklab, we’re constantly learning from it. Some of the biggest things we’ve learned so far include:
- HOW TO increase access and interaction by removing barriers to collaboration
- HOW TO create spaces conducive to mentoring and close interaction
- HOW TO create boundaries without using walls
- HOW TO integrate the latest technologies to make collaborative spaces as functional as possible
- HOW TO create spaces that shrink and grow based on the size of the groups using them
