Warehouse Lead

Scope: Your daily duties will include pulling, packing, and sorting items for shipping and receiving, as well as maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. You must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, communicate well with management and fellow employees. Ideal candidates have a very positive attitude and previous warehouse experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Presold inventory – maintain accurate inventory at all times
• Point of Contact for all returned Presold product
• Pull Presold product for next day’s deliveries
• Schedule all incoming trucks into warehouse
• Receive, enter and track product and shipments in computer-based system
• Receive and inspect merchandise from delivery trucks
• Receive incoming USPS mail/distribute
• Distribute UPS/FED EX to internal clients
• Box and make shipping labels for all UPS/FED EX
• Rack small Fed Ex/UPS product
• Pack, make labels, and ship all Return Authorizations – maintain paperwork
• Maintain Return aisle
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75 pounds; this position has physical demands. Able to stand for long periods of time.

Other requirements include:

High school diploma or equivalent certification

2-4 years of warehouse experience

Supervisory experience a plus

Driving, cherry picker, and/or counterbalance experience, a plus

Must pass Background Check

Must possess a valid Driver’s License
