Our Culture

At Creative, we are humbled that nearly 100 people have chosen to commit their professional lives to our mission. We are a diverse team of creative, self-starting, and hard-working people working collaboratively in all that we do. Some key ways we are different are:

• We are open and transparent. We have no private offices, and our leadership team is committed to be accessible and approachable. We host quarterly all-hands company meetings in which our financial performance is openly shared.  We believe that our people do their best work when they have full visibility to our company’s performance.
• We are enterprising and entrepreneurial. Have a good idea? All Creativians are encouraged to actively seek and explore ways to advance our mission. We believe that the best ideas don’t have to come from managers. Our leaders are here to coach their team members to achieve their potential.
• We are a fun, close-knit work family. We believe that innovation is driven by high quality collaboration. And high-quality collaboration is driven by trust between collaborators.

Giving Back

Creative believes that it is our responsibility to contribute to the health and well-being of the communities in which we live and work. We strongly encourage all Creativians to actively participate in community outreach by providing 8 hours of paid leave for that purpose. In addition to providing volunteer staffing, our company also offers monetary support for a variety of local, regional, and international organizations, including:
