Chesapeake Public Schools is a public school division in Chesapeake, Virginia with a vision to inspire, engage, and empower all learners to achieve their highest potential. Teachers, administrators, and other staff members are committed to meeting the following goals: provide exemplary teaching and learning experiences; recruit, retain, and support their valued employees; provide a safe and supportive learning environment; engage, inform, and collaborate with the community.

With different departments spread throughout the city and over 260 employees, Chesapeake Public Schools decided it was time to bring everyone together under one roof. To help support this change, we were tasked with designing a space that was progressive, flexible, and cutting edge – and we delivered. Their new space is comprised of conference rooms, meeting spaces, training rooms, breakrooms, a café, and much more! To give some flexibility to the working spaces, departments received Steelcase Flex desks with limited storage or an integrated height adjustable desk to adapt to their working needs.
