December 11, 2023: Creative Office Environments announced today that Carl Hooper, the firm’s President and Chief Sales Officer, will retire effective December 31, 2023. Lara Williams, currently a Strategic Account Manager, will serve as VP of Sales upon Hooper’s retirement.
Carl has worked for Creative since 2005 in various leadership roles in Sales and Operations. In all his roles, he has demonstrated exceptional and steadfast commitment to Creative’s clients, partners, and teammates. By combining his extensive knowledge of our industry with a “can-do” attitude, Carl has consistently led Creative’s sales team to achieve outstanding results. In addition to the countless contributions Carl has made to Creative’s success, he has consistently contributed to many efforts to enrich our community, including his volunteerism for Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, YMCA Special Olympics, and the 2015 UCI Road World Championship. Outside of work, Carl is a dedicated family man and an avid outdoorsman. Carl is a Board Member of The Millwood School and will continue this service after his retirement. While Creative will miss his wisdom, wit, positivity, and leadership, we wish Carl and his family a happy and prosperous retirement.
Lara Williams will assume Sales Leadership at Creative, effective January 1, 2024. Lara began her tenure at Creative in 2016 and has consistently delivered outstanding results for our clients. She was previously a District Sales Manager for a large national distribution company and brings strong sales leadership skills to the table. Additionally, Lara has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. Creative is pleased to promote Lara to this role, and we look forward to her leadership for years to come.
