The Power of Design – Our 4 Commitments to the A&D Community

Creative believes in the power of design to improve people’s lives. Each day, architects and designers bring new ideas to life – ideas that make our communities stronger, more vital places to live, learn, and work. That’s why we love working so closely with our Architecture & Design Community. Because we respect the work that architects and designers do, Creative and Steelcase have committed to delivering the market’s best support and resources.

Creative has committed two people to lead the charge:  Ryan Mayton (Central & Western Virginia) and Aubrey Giedlin (Coastal Virginia). Prior to coming on board at Creative, both Ryan and Aubrey worked in the A&D community as practicing commercial interior designers. They know and understand the unique needs and challenges of “design firm life”. And they pair that with a deep knowledge of “dealership life”. Because they understand both worlds, they uniquely act as a natural bridge between our worlds.

Here are our 4 Commitments to the A&D Community:

  1. We will always approach our collaboration with a spirit of mutual respect and professionalism. Creative will always respect the relationship our A&D partners have with their clients and will work to support your efforts. We will always be transparent, open, and available.
  2. We will always honor your time. We understand the importance of respecting billable hours and aim to offer experiences and resources designed to streamline your workflow and save you valuable time.
  3. You can count on creative solutions from our team. We love collaborating with other creatives to deliver delightful and forward-looking solutions.
  4. Our recommendations are based on our professional experience and not driven by sales quotas. Our A&D Liaisons are not sales people – they’re here to provide you with the best available options.  And in the rare instance that we don’t have a solution that fits, we promise to be clear and transparent about that.
